ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the hospitality industry, including managing hotels. That experience taught me a lot about leadership, customer service, and creating an environment where people feel welcomed and taken care of.
We love being involved in our community and host events throughout the year that bring people together. Toys for Tots has become an annual Christmas tradition for our agency, along with our “Santa Is Coming to Town” event and other outdoor community activities.
Our agency offers a 401(k), health stipend, licensing reimbursement, coaching and training, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also make time to enjoy each other through team lunches, birthday celebrations, dinners, and team-building activities.
Our culture is fun, positive, and full of energy. We genuinely enjoy spending time together, whether it’s grabbing lunch, celebrating birthdays, going to comedy shows, tackling an escape room, or simply having fun around the office. I’m looking for someone who brings that same enthusiasm - a team player who is active, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Paul Counts - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.
